Business Analyst - Project Management

Job Summary

To support the implementation of a Construction Portfolio, Project, and Resource Management System, the remote contract Business Analyst - Project Management will partner with the Project Manager and stakeholders to define, validate, and manage business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation across business and technical domains
• Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) across all project phases
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; additional experience may substitute for a degree
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology implementations
• Demonstrated experience delivering at least 3 Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) system implementations
• Proven experience leading requirements elicitation and stakeholder alignment across complex programs
