Business Analyst Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst & Project Manager to support data-driven decision-making and deliver impactful projects that optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
• Interpret complex data sets and oversee the development of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft 365 tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft 365 (including Planner and Visio)
• Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
