Business Analyst, QTC Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - QTC Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into documented technical requirements and manage them through the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
• Act as the primary liaison between the IT team and critical functional teams
• Develop and execute plans for successful implementation of system updates and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of business processes and supporting systems
• Project Management experience
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects to successful outcomes
• Experience with Zuora CPQ and Zuora Billing/Invoicing is preferred
