Business Analyst - Remote

Job Summary

Supporting the Care & Value organization, the full-time remote Business Analyst will conduct operational analysis, coordinate projects, and manage documentation to enable value-based care strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct operational and business analysis to support Care & Value initiatives
• Develop and maintain glide paths, timelines, and milestone tracking for projects
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings and prepare executive-ready documentation

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in value-based care or managed care
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI productivity tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
