Business Analyst, REMS

Job Summary

Serving as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, the full-time REMS Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and translate client requirements into detailed business and functional specifications, coordinating projects to ensure compliant delivery of Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy solutions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to document and validate business requirements for REMS programs and technology solutions
• Coordinate multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and compliance with regulatory standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and leading requirement gathering sessions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
