Business Analyst - Reporting Analytics
Job Summary
Working remotely within Utah on a one-year contract, the Business Analyst - Reporting Analytics will drive the architecture and strategy of the reporting ecosystem, proactively identify operational inefficiencies, and shape analytics initiatives that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Autonomously identify and design analytics initiatives to optimize omni-channel contact center operations and enhance customer experience
- Own the design, implementation, and governance of critical KPIs and executive-level dashboards using Tableau and SQL
- Lead analytics projects from concept to execution, coordinating across multiple departments without daily oversight
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business analytics or operations analytics within a multi-site contact center environment
- Proven ability to operate independently and influence business decisions without direct authority
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, and enterprise BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Deep understanding of workforce management dynamics and predictive forecasting models
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
