Business Analyst - Retail Energy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with a Retail Energy and C&I background.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and create user stories for development
• Analyze and recommend improvements to existing business processes, focusing on C&I operations
• Serve as a liaison between clients and development teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in the deregulated energy market, particularly in Commercial and Industrial (C&I) sectors
• Degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio, and SQL
• Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus
