Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Retirement Systems Implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business owners and users to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows aligned to the implemented system
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and support testing activities to ensure alignment with business outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise software implementations
- Demonstrated experience working directly with business users and operational teams
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear materials
- Experience in environments with evolving requirements and competing priorities
- Prior experience with retirement, pension, or benefits administration systems is strongly preferred
