Key Responsibilities

• Analyze billing, claims, and payment data to identify trends and optimize revenue performance
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL and business intelligence tools
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in claims submission and denial resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle analytics, insurance billing, or claims reimbursement
• Advanced SQL skills for data querying and analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
