Business Analyst - Risk & Controls

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Tech Business Analyst - Risk & Controls will support the development and automation of reporting and process activities for Enterprise Critical Infrastructure Restoral Planning and Testing, while managing requirements across multiple business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of reporting and process activities related to Restoral Planning and Testing
• Manage and drive requirements across multiple lines of business, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Identify and report risks and issues, providing transparency through the management of interdependencies and project deliverables

Required qualifications

• Experience in technical analysis or business analysis with a focus on Risk/Control oversight
• Proficiency in process automation using programming languages such as Python
• Familiarity with Enterprise Change Standards and tools, including Terraform, Ansible, and JIRA
• Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive timely decisions within a matrix project team
• Proven track record of independently researching and solving problems without supervision
