Business Analyst - Salesforce Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Salesforce & Amazon Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements into detailed business process documents and functional specifications for Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align functional and technical requirements with client business goals
• Manage project aspects including schedules, budgets, and deliverables while providing regular status updates

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience within the Salesforce or AWS ecosystem, preferably with a Salesforce Implementation Partner
• Hands-on experience or deep understanding of Amazon Connect platform capabilities and Service Cloud Voice
• Ability to support or lead multiple small-to-midsize engagements simultaneously
• Strong skills in process documentation, business modeling, and productivity tools like Asana or Salesforce CRM
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
