A company is looking for a Business Analyst - SAP/ServiceNow/Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive business requirements across the full Opportunity Quote Order Fulfillment lifecycle
Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points and design future-state solutions
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations across CRM, CPQ, ServiceNow, and ERP systems

Required Qualifications

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application environments
Hands-on knowledge of CPQ solutions such as Steelbrick CPQ or Callidus CPQ
Solid understanding of end-to-end Opportunity-to-Order (O2O) processes
Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SAP platforms
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
