Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst/Scrum Master (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates meetings and Scrum ceremonies, promoting collaboration and guiding team self-organization
• Coaches the Scrum team in implementing the Scrum framework and managing project schedules and performance metrics
• Collaborates with Product Owners to manage backlog and ensure effective communication within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience; 8 years of experience may substitute for education
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain Suitability of Public Trust clearance
• Familiarity with Jira for managing product and sprint backlogs
• Knowledge of project management and data analysis methodologies
