Business Analyst Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst / Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business and system requirements through various stakeholder engagement methods
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria, while ensuring traceability and compliance
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing team progress to ensure alignment with program objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience
• 4 years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master in a SAFe delivery environment
• 4 years of experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for backlog management and documentation
• 4 years of experience facilitating SAFe Agile ceremonies and managing stakeholder meetings
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to pass a comprehensive government background check
