Seeking a full-time Business Analyst - ServiceNow, the ideal candidate will facilitate requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive enterprise workflow transformation in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document business processes
- Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage stakeholder communications
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise applications or digital transformation
- Strong experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering and business process mapping
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM preferred
