Business Analyst - South Dakota

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the development and delivery of technical projects in public health data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and document requirements and use cases
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to meet implementation timelines and facilitate approval sessions
• Monitor service level agreements and document business practices for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager
• Experience writing Use Cases and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in a virtual environment
