Business Analyst Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (OFIN), Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to present technical solutions
• Lead customer demos and presentations while providing support and ensuring high-quality solutions
• Identify gaps in product requirements and evaluate them to transform them into functional specifications

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree with 9+ years of business analysis or related experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in large complex projects within the Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals
• Strong knowledge of Core Claims and/or Provider Management and Enrollment Systems
• Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and proficiency in SQL
• Excellent customer relation skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation
