Business Analyst Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (OFIN) Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and evaluate requirements while collaborating with customers and stakeholders
• Provide technical solutions for complex business functionalities and lead customer demos
• Identify gaps in product versus customer business requirements and develop optimized solutions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's degree with 9+ years of business analysis or related experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in large complex projects within the healthcare domain
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid Management Information System and vendor receivables/payables
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in customer-facing requirements and design sessions
