Business Analyst Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)), Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to present technical solutions
• Lead customer demos and presentations while ensuring high quality in business and technical solutioning
• Identify gaps in product requirements and evaluate system impacts due to proposed implementations

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or bachelor's degree with 9+ years of business analysis or related experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and/or healthcare domains
• Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in SQL
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in customer-facing requirements and design sessions
