Business Analyst Specialist

Job Summary

To support complex information systems for Provider Payments, the full-time remote Business Analyst Specialist will manage requirements elicitation, collaborate with stakeholders on technical solutions, and ensure high-quality business outcomes leveraging Oracle Financials expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit and evaluate requirements from customers and stakeholders to develop integrated solutions
• Lead customer demonstrations and presentations while ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Identify gaps in product offerings versus customer requirements and propose optimized solutions through analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• 7+ years of business analysis or related experience
• 5+ years of experience in large complex projects within the Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals
• Strong technical knowledge in SQL and experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in generating Remittance Advices (835X12s) and excellent customer relation skills
