Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Business Analyst, Speech Analytics, who will analyze call and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance member and provider experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of business processes and requirements
• Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for technical teams
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices
