Business Analyst - Store Network

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Stores Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate store network deployment activities, including remodels and technology upgrades
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for store network initiatives, serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Provide escalation support for store network incidents and drive incident resolution with relevant teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting large retail enterprises with extensive store networks
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki, Cisco, or similar enterprise networking platforms
• Experience with Store of the Future technologies, POS systems, and IoT devices
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or project management frameworks
• Experience working with field services providers and global vendors
