Business Analyst - Stores Network

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Stores Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate store network deployment activities, including remodels and technology upgrades
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for store network initiatives
• Provide escalation support for store network incidents and drive incident resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service desk, deployment, technical support, or business analysis
• Strong understanding of store network concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, SD-WAN, LTE/5G)
• Proven leadership qualities including accountability and initiative
• Experience supporting retail technology environments preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project tracking tools preferred
