Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst / Technical Writer to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to document detailed business requirements for projects
• Create modular and machine-readable technical documentation and user guides
• Develop and maintain documentation for business rules, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Technical Writer in the mortgage or financial services industry
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lending origination systems is a plus
• Knowledge of mortgage lending industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
