Business Analyst Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst/Technical Writer with expertise in GitHub for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate outcomes into GitHub Issues, Epics, and Projects
• Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize backlog items using GitHub and other Fed-approved platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile or DevOps environments
• 1+ years of hands-on experience using GitHub (Issues, Projects, Pull Requests, Actions, Wikis)
• 1+ years of experience working in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environment
• 1+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical artifacts
• 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams
