Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst/Technical Writer to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and document business requirements through interviews and analyses
- Create functional and technical documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Analyze project requirements and collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and mitigate risks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, plus 10 years of experience (8 additional years may substitute for degree)
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodology
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
- Legal authorization to work in the US and ability to pass a background investigation
- Clearance Required: Suitability/Public Trust clearance
