Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Member Outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, assess, and implement organizational management projects, policies, and procedures
• Identify business process improvement projects and recommend efficiencies to management
• Conduct cost/benefit evaluations on various internal and external resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
• 3 years of technical or operational experience
• Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos, and data warehouse
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple projects
