Business Analyst - Test Center Operations

Job Summary

To support the operational needs of the test center network, the full-time remote Business Analyst - Test Center Operations will manage a variety of analytical tasks, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and enhance performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central analytical resource for test center operations, handling diverse analysis requests from leadership and cross-functional teams
• Analyze test center performance metrics, including capacity utilization, scheduling, candidate volumes, and cost per delivery
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational KPIs and present findings to leadership in a clear format

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, operations analyst, or data analyst role
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience in dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Ability to independently scope and deliver analyses based on ambiguous questions
• Experience translating data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
