Business Analyst Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst / Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support for new workforce management software to end users
• Partner with the Client Lead to enhance training materials and curricula based on client needs
• Deliver engaging training sessions and troubleshoot user issues to improve training processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Analysis, Training, or Operations
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably with training experience
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for both instructor-led and eLearning training
• Strong project and time management skills with a proactive attitude
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
