Business Analyst (TTB)
Job Summary
Supporting the TTB program, the full-time remote Business Analyst (TTB) will manage operations and maintenance, production support, and user engagement while translating business needs into actionable requirements within an Agile delivery team.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
- Support incident analysis and defect resolution while collaborating with technical teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution
Required qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a High Risk Public Trust designation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise software applications
- Experience supporting Agile software delivery teams
- Familiarity with collaboration and requirements management tools such as Jira or Confluence
