Business Analyst - Utility Billing

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Utility Billing on a remote contract basis for 9 months, the candidate will gather and document requirements, lead workshops, and perform impact analyses to support enterprise-level initiatives within a utility services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for utility billing and CSS-related initiatives
• Lead requirement workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Perform impact analysis and gap analysis to identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong expertise in Utility Billing Systems and Customer Service Systems (CSS)
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and Application Development Management (ADM)
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Xray, DBeaver, and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
