Business Analyst, Veeva Migration
Job Summary
Supporting Veeva Vault eTMF migration initiatives, the remote Business Analyst, Veeva Migration will manage planning, execution, and post-go-live stabilization activities while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliant and accurate data migration.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Clinical Operations and IT teams to gather and document business and functional requirements for Veeva eTMF migration
- Support migration planning, including scope definition, metadata review, and audit trail handling
- Assist with validation activities and ensure proper documentation of functional specifications and test scenarios
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in clinical, regulatory, or GxP applications
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Clinical Operations, particularly Veeva eTMF
- Proven experience in eTMF migration projects, including document migration and validation testing
- Strong understanding of Trial Master File processes and GxP regulations
- Ability to document functional requirements and support UAT and defect management
