Business Analyst with Accounting Focus

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with a focus on Accounting and Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze accounting and financial requirements
• Translate financial processes into specifications for Microsoft solutions and design dashboards for insights
• Support ERP configuration and identify opportunities for process automation within finance functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Financial Systems Analyst with Microsoft technologies
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and SQL
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
