Business Analyst with IRS Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) EDOS program.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed business and process analysis for modernization and compliance initiatives
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate mission needs into user stories and process documentation
• Support configuration and knowledge management activities, ensuring requirement traceability across agile sprints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or 4 additional years of experience without a degree
• US Citizenship required
• Active IRS MBI Clearance and current GFE required
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Prior experience working on Agile teams
