Business Analyst with IRS Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to assist with a classified project in support of the IRS.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed business and process analysis to support modernization and compliance initiatives
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate mission needs into user stories and process documentation
• Support configuration and knowledge management activities while ensuring requirement traceability across agile sprints

Required Qualifications

• MUST possess an active IRS MBI Clearance and have current GFE
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or 4 additional years of experience without a Bachelor's degree
• US Citizenship required
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Prior experience working on Agile teams
