Job Summary

Joining a leading supply chain technology team, the contract Business Analyst with Mainframe Expertise will serve as a key liaison between business units and IT, driving process improvements and digital transformation, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Aftermarket Supply Chain business units and IT teams to ensure mainframe-supported solutions meet business needs
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution definition for enhancements and operational support
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and testing activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Significant experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in mainframe environments
• Proven background with COBOL, JCL, IBM Db2, and batch processing
• In-depth experience with supply chain, warehousing, inventory, logistics, or aftermarket operations
• Strong ability to translate business processes into clear functional requirements and delivery plans
