Job Summary
Supporting Product Owners in the digital scheduling and patient communications product space, the contract Business Analyst with MyChart Experience will work remotely to translate business requirements into specific systems and manage product backlogs for a healthcare client over a 4-month period.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into specific systems, applications, and designs
- Manage product backlogs and support prioritization and refinement
- Synthesize information from multiple sources to inform solution decisions
Required qualifications
- Strong Business Analyst experience with critical thinking skills
- Experience supporting Product Owners in the digital scheduling and patient communications product space
- Epic/MyChart experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or healthcare discipline
- 8+ years of related experience with in-depth knowledge of healthcare technology preferred
