• Support strategic business management operations through process review and improvement activities
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, including workflows and training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher-level degree)
• 5 years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• 5 years of experience in professional writing and process documentation
• 5 years of experience working on DoD programs
• 5 years of demonstrated experience managing Six Sigma projects
