Business Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to assist with system technical tasks and business process management related to HR IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with requirements gathering, management, and documentation for project and sustainment work
• Perform system configuration and management, including troubleshooting and remediation
• Document requirements tracking and create process/feature documentation

Required Qualifications

• A CURRENT U.S. Government SECRET Clearance or above
• 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly with Human Resources IT systems
• Experience with SQL and ETL
• Prior experience integrating new technologies/systems and performing requirements analysis
• Knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance and administration
