Business Analysts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Analysts to lead a team of Business Analysts in delivering technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to the team, managing expectations and priorities
• Facilitate relationships between Technology and Business teams, ensuring effective collaboration
• Oversee the requirements gathering process and implement best practices for the Business Analyst team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training in a similar role
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
• Experience in managing teams and conducting performance appraisals
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile and waterfall
