Business Analytics Advisor

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Business Analytics Advisor in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage advanced analytics initiatives, drive AI-enabled solutions, and enhance operational efficiency within the Payment Integrity team to improve claim accuracy and reduce fraud.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and AI-driven solutions to enhance payment accuracy and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize data processes and improve claim editing practices through data-driven insights
• Analyze healthcare claims data to identify trends and opportunities for reducing waste and enhancing claim performance

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in data mining and analysis using tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably within healthcare
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to communicate analytical findings effectively
