• 1-2 years of data analytics experience required
• Bachelor's degree or foundational skills in BI, data science, or related fields
• Willingness to pursue Alteryx and Tableau certifications
• Developing interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders
• Basic understanding of data fluency/literacy
