Business Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Business Analytics Analyst will manage the preparation of departmental reports and dashboards, leveraging data from various sources to inform business decisions and enhance existing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce routine reports and spreadsheets for project and product strategy analysis, financial analysis, and workflow analysis
• Consolidate and maintain data for reporting, ensuring accessibility and usability across various departmental reports and dashboards
• Support the planning and implementation of new projects and processes to achieve business objectives while adhering to compliance standards

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related business line experience, or a combined minimum of 4 years of higher education and/or work experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting tools, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with project management and process improvement methodologies
• Ability to support user certifications and departmental audits
• Knowledge of compliance and operational risk controls relevant to business analytics
