Business Analytics Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analytics and Insight Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize KPI definitions and report on trends and performance
• Produce standard metric reports for ELT and BoD reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Collaborate on machine learning initiatives to develop predictive models

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in business intelligence will be considered
• 0-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data modeling/analysis, or analytical/business-strategy roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Technical coursework or experience with programming languages and query tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is a plus
• Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is preferred
