Business Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

To support employer-based advanced primary care initiatives, the full-time remote Business Analytics Consultant will act as the principal architect of product data frameworks, analyze metrics for product ROI, and deliver compelling presentations to influence executive decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Define and analyze metrics demonstrating product value and financial ROI for prospective and employer clients
• Conduct interviews with various teams to translate care delivery workflows into technical analytics specifications
• Deliver narrative-driven presentations that transform complex data into clear stories influencing decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Science, Health Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with 3+ years in employer-sponsored health or healthcare finance
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data projects from requirements gathering to executive presentation
• Expertise in SQL for querying healthcare databases and Python for data manipulation and predictive modeling
• Strong understanding of employer healthcare finance and ability to craft executive-ready narratives
