Business Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of analytics capabilities, the full-time remote Business Analytics Consultant will define product analytics roadmaps, establish scalable frameworks, and partner with product leadership to enhance decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the product analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Establish scalable analytics frameworks and success metrics in collaboration with the Data Science organization
- Oversee the design and delivery of analytics tools and reporting solutions for product performance tracking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, product analytics, or related fields
- Experience with complex data ecosystems, including EHR systems and claims data
- Proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence, with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong understanding of ROI methodologies and performance measurement frameworks
