Business Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
To support the product organization, the full-time remote Business Analytics Consultant will lead the strategy and execution of analytics capabilities, transforming how analytics informs product strategy, development, and performance management.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the product analytics strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Establish scalable analytics frameworks, including product success metrics and ROI methodologies, in collaboration with the Data Science team
- Oversee the design and delivery of analytics tools and dashboards that support product performance tracking and internal decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, product analytics, or related field
- Experience with SQL, Business Intelligence, and presenting to executive audiences
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across various teams
- Strong understanding of ROI methodologies and product success metrics
