Business Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of analytics capabilities, the full-time remote Business Analytics Consultant will define product analytics strategies, establish frameworks for success metrics, and partner with product leadership to embed analytics throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the product analytics strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities
- Establish scalable analytics frameworks, including product success metrics and ROI methodologies
- Oversee the design and delivery of analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions for product performance tracking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, product analytics, or strategy
- Experience with complex data ecosystems, including EHR systems and claims data
- SQL and Business Intelligence experience, with a track record of presenting to executive audiences
- Strong understanding of ROI methodologies and product success metrics
