Business Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analytics Engineer will maintain scorecards and PowerBI dashboards, analyze performance data, and support the scaling of AI tools within a data-centric environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze sales, repair, and upgrade performance data to identify trends and opportunities across the US & Canada
• Design and develop dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders
• Build and maintain data models to support long-term strategies for repair revenue growth and customer conversion

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Proficiency in data modeling and modern cloud BI tools such as PowerBI or Sigma
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake
• Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to drive business results
• Ability to simplify complex data sources for effective decision-making
