Business Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Analytics to lead a team of business data analysts and drive insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of 5+ business data analysts, enhancing team value through systems and coaching
• Serve as a thought partner to business leads by designing analyses and providing actionable insights for data-driven decisions
• Own the Business Analytics roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic insights

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct management experience in developing analysts
• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics in a high-growth startup or tech company
• Expert-level SQL skills and familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, and Retool
• Experience in a healthcare-related field is a strong bonus
• A track record of translating complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
